This website is operated by ProCyber Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by Chen Tishler, located in Rehovot, Israel.

This policy is issued in compliance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Israel), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and any applicable amendments and guidelines issued by the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (Reshut HaGana Al HaPrivacy — RAPP).

  • Contact data — name, email address, phone number, and message content when you use the contact form or send an email directly.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and any analytics tools in use.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined in the Privacy Protection Law) and we do not operate a registered database (maadar) that requires registration with the Israeli Registrar of Databases.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Contact data is stored in secured systems with access controls.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

Our hosting infrastructure is operated by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside Israel, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with the Privacy Protection Law and guidelines issued by RAPP.
